The Marketing team's main mission is to get our product into the hearts of millions of users around the world.

The Growth team builds innovative ideas to conquer markets, attract, and retain users.

The Brand team strives to create Joko's vision for the long term and builds a connection with all its users.

The Campaign & Merchandising team drives our Joko Business-to-Consumer campaign calendar and enhances the customer shopping experience across our merchandising assets.

The B2B Marketing team positions Joko as the top partner to have in our space and aims to build the most desired employer brand possible.

Led by Isa, our CMO, they are constantly innovating to take our business to new heights.

What you will do

We're looking for a Brand Content Manager to join our Brand & Communications team at Joko and become a driving force behind our brand content strategy. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes creativity, knows how to transform brand DNA into compelling assets, and thrives on making content magic happen - across push, email, ads, and social.

Reporting to Luisa, Head of Brand & Communication, and working closely with Lilly, our other Brand Content Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring the Joko brand shines consistently and creatively across all channels.

1. Brand Content Creation & Direction

- Be the creative guardian of the Joko brand across all formats (push, email, social, ads...).
- Translate our brand platform into inspiring guidelines and bring them to life in our day-to-day assets.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and push creative boundaries across formats and campaigns.
- Review creative output and ensure top-quality, impactful, and brand-aligned delivery.

2. Content Request Management

- Own the content request pipeline: intake, prioritization, and planning.
- Expertly leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance creative workflows, and scale production while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (B2B teams, Campaign & Merchandising team...) to clarify briefs in order to deliver high-quality content.
- Scope deliverables and timelines based on team bandwidth and campaign urgency.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the content production process.

3. Creative Production Coordination

- Brief designers and writers clearly, ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives.
- Act as a bridge between teams: making sure content creators get the right inputs and business teams get the right output.
- Provide feedback and iterate collaboratively to achieve high-quality content.
- Inspire the team and be able to push their design skills to a higher level.

4. Distribution & Performance Tracking

- Ensure the right content lands on the right channels, at the right time.
- Maintain a central repository of final assets (Notion, Airtable, etc.).
- Track performance (engagement, CTRs, brand impact, team efficiency...) and identify improvement opportunities.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years experience in content/brand marketing roles (agency or startup a plus).
- A strong creative mindset: from conception to execution, you're both inspiring and hands-on.
- Fluent French speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
- Mastery of tools: Notion, Airtable (or similar CMS), creative software (Figma, Adobe suite), CRM tools (Braze, ).
- Experience developing content strategies aligned with brand and business goals and creative design.
- Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven: you can independently analyze performance metrics and lead data-informed creative decisions.
- Strong grasp of brand storytelling and consistency.
- Bonus: You have a solid understanding of e-commerce market trends and know how to make content resonate with Gen Z and Millennials.
- Another bonus: Experience in copywriting and content creation across different formats.

Our hiring process
- Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or a recruiter.
- Step 1 - Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you'd join, or colleagues from other teams).
- Step 2 - Role-specific assessments

- For non-tech roles: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
- For tech roles: Live technical interviews:

- Coding interview + System design interview
- For research internships, an additional round may involve analyzing and presenting a research paper
- Step 3 - Founders interview (45 min): Conversation with two of our founders.
- References: Up to five calls with former colleagues or managers.

You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.
