- Atuação em 2 unidades de negócios (futuramente possibilidade de uma terceira)
- R&S - vagas operacionais, adm, liderança, efetuadas (in house) e atuação com consultorias e agências
- Treinamento e desenvolvimento - criação, condução, controle, suporte e manutenção do sistema
- Treinamento técnicos, operacionais e comportamentais (locais e cascateamentos globais)
- Gestão treinamentos POPs
- Projeto de implementação sistema NOVO de gestão de treinamento
- Condução onboarding
- Atendimento auditoria
- Plantão noturno - 2 vezes por mês (até por volta das 21h com compensação posterior)
- Terá atuação como HRBP
- Atuar em grupos e comitês internos e globais para cascateamento de ações
