Les missions du poste
At Free2move we areseeking a talented student who is keen to learn more about our car-sharing business as part of our Marketing team.
Your next missions :
- You will support our Customer Lifecycle Management team, which steers the activation of customers through email and other targeted communications channels
- You will work closely with marketing automation technology and data to support the activation of Free2move customers
- You will contribute to development projects that make our Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem more effective
- You will create segments and technical features within our CRM systems that the CLM team will use to develop communications strategies
- You will help create reports based on CLM KPIs that enable us to showcase impact of CLM activity on the business
Technical & HardSkills :
- You are an enrolled student in the field of marketing automation, information systems, data engineering or data analytics or you have completed a comparable apprenticeship
- You have knowledge in SQL, Python or comparable data related programming languages
- You understand how data and business processes tie in with each other
- You're eager to learn, but willing to work independently on projects as well
- Preferably you have previous internship or work experience; ideally within an international environment
- You have strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Soft Skills :
- You stay cool, even if things GO crazy
- You're a fan of mobility services - from scooters and bikes to cars and vans
