Join our Media Legal Team as Legal Counsel and BE part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.
Here's how you will have a role to play in this team :
- Draft and negotiate marketing services contracts with a wide range of suppliers such as advertising agencies, digital creative agencies, production agencies
- Negotiate and secure third-party rights for advertising campaigns (ambassadors, models, photographers, music etc.)
- Draft and negotiate collaborations, partnerships, or sponsorships agreements
- Handle disputes with competitors and third parties regarding communication materials
- Contribute to the implementation or revision of the Group's standard contractual documentation, and guidelines, participate in the animation of our legal community, and in training programs for business teams.
The skills that you will need to make an impact :
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Expertise in intellectual property law, advertising/marketing law, and consumer protection law, as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm
- Solid academic background in law (preferably in intellectual property law), with the ability to apply your knowledge practically and pragmatically
- Analytical, writing, and summarizing skills, combined with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, resolve issues quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English
