Join our Global Data privacy Office as Senior Data Privacy Legal Counsel (CDD), for a 6 months-contract (CDD) starting from September 2025, and BE part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.
Location : Clichy (92)

Here's how you will have a role to play in this team :
- Support the implementation of the Group's data privacy policies and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.
- Provide timely and pragmatic legal advice on cutting-edge initiatives across IT, Digital, HR, Marketing, Beauty Tech, and R&I teams.
- Perform privacy risk assessments and oversee the rollout of frameworks for managing data subjects' requests and data retention policies.
- Contribute to the creation and communication of Group data privacy policies, guidelines, and training programs.
- Collaborate with Country DPOs, General Counsels and Legal Counsels, and Public Affairs teams to anticipate regulatory changes and align on strategic priorities.
- Manage and monitor data privacy tools, including Privacy by Design platform, PIA, LIA, TIA, and data breach tools.
- Participate in external data privacy workgroups and represent L'Oréal's interests in global forums.
The skills that you will need to make an impact :
- Solid knowledge in privacy and data protection law, 3-5 experience preferably in-house with a global company or at a law firm. Certifications like CIPP/E, CIPP/M, or AIGP are a plus.
- A solid academic background in law (or IT), with the ability to apply your knowledge pragmatically in a business context.
- Strong experience in managing complex projects, change management, and communication initiatives.
- Proven ability to work across global organizations, with cultural dexterity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound IT and digital knowledge to navigate tools and platforms effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a bonus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize, resolve issues quickly, and share best practices with the wider team.
