WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
As a project Assistant you'll support the implementation of a new contract management system, including workshops, testing, and contract migration.
What IT means on a daily basis
- Participate to the implementation & configuration workshops with the vendor
- Participate in testing of the tool's functionalities
- Ensuring the full contractual documentation is available and clearly labelled for the legacy contracts to BE migrated
- Extracting information from the legacy contracts using the AI functionalities of the tool
- Liaising with the members of the legal team in case of doubt in the interpretation of the contracts data
Who you will BE working with
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with the REST of the legal team.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues
- Resilient, rigorous, and a strong team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is motivated about their work and a passionate about the gaming industry !
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5)
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Experience working with contracts, particularly in English
- Strong interest in contract management
- Previous experience with a contract management system is a plus
