Our mission is to design, build deploy and maintain solutions to provide the best digital working environment for the chemists dedicated to beauty in our laboratories.
We leverage cutting-edge technologies (Cloud, API, Container, Algo) and master acceleration tactics (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, UX, DEVOPS), to foster the digital transformation in Beauty Tech.
As a Product Manager, within a motivated and focused team of 12 people which manages the major R&I repositories (Formula, Raw Materials and Patents) to contribute to innovation and maximize business value, you will take advantage of the acceleration of the digital transformation program to strengthen and develop the Master data around Formulation and the creation of beauty products.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL !
We can summarize your missions in several missions :
- Identify, challenge and prioritize business needs in collaboration with product owner
- Based on user centricity, design new application to deliver best business value
- Lead projects in Agile, think MVP
- Implement / promote project management good practices, ensure their understanding
- Build, deliver, and maintain/support several applications to maximize value for users
- Supervise development teams, master application code and provide guidelines/best practices in respect for the principles of architecture and urbanization.
- Perform and/or supervise unit testing and bring support to users for acceptance testing
- Communicate with stakeholders, elaborate and report regular global status on projects and support activities you will BE responsible for, underlining the main alerts or attention points and synthesizing action plans undertaken
- Supervise and ensure the right contribution of multiple interfaced projects/teams

Secondly, in this specific position, IT will BE important for you to show great curiosity in :
Technical skills :
- Good understanding of development : C# and object, databases (SQL), object design, API (REST), code rationalization/refactoring
- Established skills on solutions functional/technical architecture designs
- Knowledge and /or willingness to learn and understand new technologies (Cloud, Containerization, DEVOPS...) and improve systems
- Knowledge of Agile project management.
Transversal skills :
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with both users and stakeholders
- Problem solving, strong analytical skills
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand, model, challenge business processes as a player in digital transformation
- Considering the multi-cultural environment : fluent in English
Attitude :
- Take initiatives and have the sense of responsibilities
- Openness to various needs & creation of consensus inside the frame
- Agility to manage priorities and face possible urgent challenges
- Demonstrates to BE a strong team member with a collaborative mindset
Experience :
- University degree (engineer profile) with > 3 years' experience in application development
And finally, you may not BE an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show great curiosity in project methodology : Agile, UX, Design Thinking.
