Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of software development principles and practices : C#, OOP, SQL databases, object design, REST APIs, refactoring.
- Proven ability to analyze, challenge, and contribute to functional and technical architecture design, working effectively with Architects and Tech Leads.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and explore new technologies (Cloud, Containerization, DevOps...) to inform strategic decisions.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in technical project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Transversal Skills- Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships with users and diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and project impediments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to understand, model, and challenge business processes, acting as a key player in digital transformation.
- Fluent English in a multicultural environment.
Attitude & Mindset- Strong autonomy and leadership, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Open-mindedness, with the ability to build consensus and create alignment within a project framework.
- Agility to manage priorities effectively and proactively address urgent challenges.

Experience- Engineering degree (or equivalent university qualification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, with a strong technical foundation and proven track record in project coordination, technical leadership, and application of management best practices.
