Job Purpose
Activate PPA and related contracts and processes
The role will liaise with :
Internal departments - Finance, O&M, Asset Management and EPCI
External parties - EDF OA, RTE, DGEC, CRE and others
Activity 1 : PPA management
Meeting with internal and external parties.
Manage the activation of each tranche of the PPA.
Manage amendments to PPA.
Manage other contracts needed (i.e. CART)
Activity 2 : Contracts and process related to energy selling
Contribute to closing and managing contracts for selling and buying energy.
Managing the process with RTE or other entity so to respect the guidelines and regulations to safely sell or buy energy.
Participating on ad-hoc meetings with other parties or workshops such as those organized by RTE.
Define and action any services or contracts needed related to selling energy under PPA (or pre-PPA) contract.
Contribute to REMIT process set up and ensure there are no gaps within the project processes
Coordinate the actions to set up process and contracts to participate on the balancing market.
Activity 3 : Setting up new contracts
Initiate and contribute to RFQ processes for selling Garanties d'Origine.
Contribute to the set up of Scope of Works for RFQs as needed
Initiate and contribute to RFQ processes for selling and buying energy.
