As part of Bouygues Construction's Public Works division, VSL International participates in the construction of major technical structures and guarantees their structural safety and durability : transport infrastructure (bridges, tunnels), industrial and energy production structures, and commercial buildings.

VSL's business is based on four areas of expertise :
· Structural systems and technologies
· Civil engineering
· Foundations and soil engineering
· Preservation, structural repairs, renovation and optimization of structures.

VSL has 4,000 employees at 25 locations worldwide (Asia and Oceania, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, Canada).

Your role

The main challenges facing VSL's Communications Department are to promote the VSL brand, align and unite employees around the company's vision and project, and develop marketing for its offerings.

To meet these challenges, VSL International is looking for an External Communications and Marketing Manager to join the team, which currently consists of three people.

You will BE at the heart of our visibility, lead generation, and attractiveness strategy, working closely with the sales, HR, and digital teams.

Your main responsibilities will include :
- Managing the company's four websites, corresponding to our four brands, with a particular focus on the main VSL website, which is a showcase for our expertise and the foundation of our digital strategy
- Deploy our content strategy on LinkedIn (editorial, publications, community management)
- Create and optimize our SEA campaigns (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads), in line with our brand awareness and business development objectives
- Organize customer webinars : support speakers and coach them on their presentations, create content (presentations and educational videos), follow up and qualify leads with business developers
- Manage digital marketing activities using Salesforce and Power BI reports and coordinate incentives for business developers and regional/country managers to maximize lead exploitation
- Collaborate with the Bouygues Construction Salesforce team to optimize the use of CRM, both for marketing management and sales lead follow-up
- Write project reference sheets to showcase our international expertise
- Write sales brochures
- Actively contribute to the employer brand, in conjunction with the HR team : develop a structured communication roadmap including requirements for local actions (based on identified best practices), create and provide corporate tools, and develop appropriate digital content

Profile sought
- Excellent writing skills in English, for marketing content as well as technical and corporate materials
- Solid experience (5 to 10 years) in project management, with the ability to coordinate various internal and external stakeholders (local teams, HR, IT, sales, service providers)
- Good command of the fundamentals of digital marketing, including SEO, SEA, analytics, CRM, and multichannel campaigns
- Rigorous, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic international environment
- Team spirit, curiosity, and an appetite for technical subjects are real assets
