Could you BE the full-time Bid Leader (M/F) in Petite-Forêt we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and bid coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in delivering winning bids with clear scopes and accurate QCDT (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technical) commitments, contributing to profitable contracts. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Bid Managers, Train Design Engineers, Sourcing Managers, and Costing Managers, while also engaging with stakeholders such as Engineering Managers, Finance, Legal, and Product Strategy teams to ensure alignment and success.
You'll specifically take care of leading and managing the tender team, ensuring compliance with tender schedules and budgets, and driving convergence of all work-packages, but also identifying risks, savings, and opportunities during the tender phase.
We'll look to you for :
Ensuring all elements necessary for a proposal are delivered
Defining, leading, and managing the tender team
Taking overall responsibility for tender management processes
Driving and making decisions for issues that impact at a tender level
Ensuring QCDT commitments exist for all work-packages
Managing tender budgets and deadlines
Supporting the Director and Bids Manager in their role as primary contact with the internal client
Identifying compliance/non-compliance of proposals versus customer requirements and product strategy

Engineering degree or Business school qualification
Up to 5 years of experience in costing, engineering, or quality positions
Knowledge of standard technical solutions and railway interiors parts
Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to efficiently interact with internal customers
Experience working in an international, multi-site, and matrix organizational structure
Proficiency in English
