Les missions du poste
Technical Skills :
- Advanced Accounting Knowledge : Expertise in managing full-cycle accounting, tax operations, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems : Proficiency in using major ERP software for financial management and reporting (IMAX6 and SAP)
- Regulatory Knowledge : Deep understanding of local and international tax laws and accounting standards.
Leadership Skills :
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop tax strategies and accounting policies that align with the organization's goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational skills.
- Communication : Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments and external partners.
- Problem Solving : Excellent analytical abilities to solve complex accounting and tax issues.
Qualifications :
- Professional accounting qualification is essential
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a multi-entity, international environment.
- Experience in POC accounting method (percentage of completion method)
Reporting :
This position reports directly to the CFO of the France & Maghreb region.
