This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to discover raw materials purchasing and the makeup business at the world's leading cosmetics company. A variety of topics surrounding the core mission, with numerous interactions both internally and externally !

Key Responsibilities :
1. Securing Makeup Launch Needs in Europe :
- Conduct risk analyses on raw materials to ensure the success of launches and renovations.
- Initiate securitization actions with suppliers and oversee follow-ups.
- Calculate formula costings for launches and propose levers to enhance economic performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Team, Category Team, Factories, Technical Development, R&I) and external stakeholders (suppliers).
- Negotiate and validate supply conditions between suppliers and factories, where applicable.
2. Contributing to Factory Performance :
- Support financial performance monitoring through portfolio analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with financial exercises.
- Manage industrial projects in collaboration with European factories (e.g., ergonomics or other operational improvements).
3. Building and Animating a Business Team Buyer's Handbook :
- Formalize and harmonize purchasing practices to ensure consistency across units.
- Support onboarding of newcomers by standardizing working methods.
- Identify and propose best practices to improve relevance and efficiency.
- Enhance project monitoring tools (Excel/Power BI).

What do you need to apply?
- You are a student with a master's degree in engineering School or Business / University.
- You are looking for an apprenticeship of 12 months
- You can provide an apprenticeship agreement issued by your school.

Last step if the exploratory interview is positive : you will have the opportunity to meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview to discuss the missions you will BE given.
