Your Role
As Assistant Marketing & Operations, you'll BE the heartbeat behind campaigns and daily workflows, collaborating with our team and supporting cross-functional operations.
Responsibilities include :
Marketing missions :
Social Media Content Creation & Calendar
Create photo and video content for social media
Create content plan and monitor engagement metrics
Local Influencer Outreach
Identify and contact local influencers or food bloggers for potential collaborations, track responses and organize influencer visits
Email Campaigns
Analyse customer data base. Create email newsletters to highlight news of Le Tê
Operations missions :
Inventory Optimization
Create inventory report to monitor weekly stock levels of ingredients
Staff Training
Optimize staff training manual
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks
What We're Looking For :
Fluency in either French or English
Strong organizational and communication skills
A self-starter mindset with great attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passion for storytelling
Familiarity with photo and video editing tools
Bonus if you have :
Experience in the hospitality industry
Interest in on-line trends
Location : Paris 01
