Havas Edge is part of the Havas Group's Edge Performance Network and offers its expertise in France and internationally (North America, Europe).
The Paris office opened in March 2018 and is composed of 25 employees. IT operates in "start-up" mode within the Havas group, autonomously.
Since its launch, Havas Edge France has already attracted clients such as Shark Ninja, Heetch, SumUp, La Rosée, Uriage, Pilot Pen, Horace, Cabaïa, Coyote, Shiva etc.
Introduction
Within a dynamic and agile agency, you are an individual contributor, a true DOER.
You need to BE totally autonomous on your different missions.
With the support of a Partner, you will collaborate and exchange with the other members of the consulting team (Business Partner, Business Director, executive media), as well as the trading team. The CEOs and MD also always remain involved in the various clients.
The missions are varied and evolving.

Your missions
Consulting dimension :
- Client Relationship Management : Build lasting relationships of trust with clients, understanding their business challenges, values, and ambitions. Lead client meetings, present strategic recommendations, campaign reports, and post-campaign analyses.
- Development and Deployment of Innovative Multi-Media Strategies : Stimulate business growth and enhance client portfolio visibility, with a focus on performance-driven TV, a distinctive lever of Havas Edge.
- Market Analysis and Media Monitoring : Conduct market analysis, brand diagnosis, and media/competition monitoring to provide media recommendations.
- Insight Contribution : Provide additional insights during detailed reviews and strategic recommendations to consistently uphold the excellence of Havas Edge's value proposition.
Operational dimension :
- Implementation and measurement of multi-media strategies to grow the business and the notoriety of your clients portfolio. Performance-driven TV is the differentiating lever activated by Havas Edge
- Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with the trading team to ensure seamless execution and optimization of campaigns, formalization of briefs for the trading team
- Optimization of the action schedule (calendar - budget allocation)
- Updating / controlling financial reporting in collaboration with our client manager
- Ensure accurate campaigns reporting and create comprehensive multi-media reviews, providing strategic insights to optimize future media campaigns.
International dimension :
- Maintain the relationship with the London office of Havas Edge (All Response Media), on international clients.
A development dimension :
- Actively participate in pitches, in collaboration with the management team
Your profile
- 8y+ Experience in a similar position.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, building and making an impact are your leit lotiv.
- You are fluent in English so that you can interact with our clients, London and US offices.
- You are fond of numbers and like to decrypt what they say.
- You know the media market and are constantly on the lookout, which makes you a real expert.
- You are rigorous, organized, curious and want to get involved in a fast-growing group by not hesitating to take initiatives.
- You demonstrate a real sense of synthesis, know how to decrypt problems in a few moments and transcribe the essentials.
- You know how to question yourself, like to BE challenged
- You are a force of proposal and know how to anticipate, listen and rigorous.
- You have a good ability to communicate and adapt to a start-up environment.
- You demonstrate mastery and authority in customer relations (experience with key accounts, ability to convince, negotiate, etc.) as well as commercial activity.
- You like using AI to improve productivity and to suggest ways of improving processes
- You have a perfect command of the office pack (Excel and PowerPoint)
