Within the Bandai Namco Europe Headquarters, you will join the Digital Sales Department and BE part of the Channel Marketing Team, under the supervision of its manager. You will work in close collaboration with our main partners (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Spotify, etc.) and many internal teams (Marketing, Social Media, PR, etc.) to secure visibility of our digital products (games, DLCs, soundtracks, etc.), on partner channels and on a global scale.

Your principal missions will BE as follows (non-exhaustive list) :
- Assist in the planning and execution of channel marketing activation plans with our Partners on a global scale
- Coordinate the production of assets and approvals, hand in hand with Marketing Product Managers
- Help to take care of Partners' inquiries regarding marketing assets and copy
- Ensure delivery of our trailers to all Partners
- Liaise with our external partners to secure visibility on our back-catalog titles and upcoming releases
- Keep track of the upcoming marketing announcements for all our products (trailers, pre-orders opening, game releases, DLCs, OSTs, etc.) and update the channel marketing tracker accordingly
- Monitor, keep track and analyze channel marketing activities to build our monthly channel marketing reports that are sent to all BNEU departments and local Marketing and Sales Directors
- Identify latest trends and new opportunities for joint marketing operations with our partners

Profil
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree, majoring in project management or digital marketing
- Initial experience in the entertainment industry or digital marketing would BE a plus
- Fluent in English, excellent written and spoken communication skills
- French is a plus
- A command of Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop
- Ability to respect tight deadlines pertaining to various projects
- Ability to work both within a team and in autonomy
- Curious and willing to learn
- Organized and proactive

Additional information

Location : 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Contract : full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)

Start date : August 2025

Remuneration : dependent on degree level (from €1,000 up to €1,200 per month)
