As aHuman Resource Generalist/Crew Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend HR expertise with scheduling precision to make a real impact. The schedule for this role will BE Sunday through Thursday, 6 :30 pm - 3 :30 am.

This is anon-siterole located at our Cincinnati facility. You'll BE part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values efficiency, communication, and continuous improvement. A Taste of What You'll BE Doing
- HR Data Management- Maintain personnel files, administer leaves of absence, and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Labor Scheduling- Accurately schedule employees in alignment with collective bargaining agreements to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Shift Operations to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, and manage attendance-related disciplines.
- Training & Onboarding- Prepare and maintain materials for new hire orientation, safety training, and job-specific instruction.

We're Looking for Someone With
- Proven ability to use independent critical thinking and decision-making.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business needs.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to support 2nd or 3rd shift and work weekends if necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $51,300 - $67,305, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
