The Talent Acquisition team is working hand-in-hand with every department at Back Market to identify the skills we need to take us to the next level. From sourcing potential candidates to conducting recruitment processes, managing exciting projects, providing training and definitely having a lot of fun times.
As a Campus Recruiter Intern, your primary focus will BE on sourcing and recruiting top talent for our internship and apprenticeship programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while also contributing to the vibrancy of our student community.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT) :

- Recruitment Focus (90%) :
- Source and hire top notch candidates for our Campus Program, managing the entire recruitment process from job description preparation to offer or rejection calls - including recruitment process definition, conducting HR interviews, scheduling the different steps between candidates and stakeholders.
- Engage with various managers and stakeholders, thriving on the challenge of finding the best candidates and building strong relationships.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and database, ensuring accurate data tracking and performance reporting.

- Student Community Animation (10%) :
- Organize and animate events to engage and support the student community at Back Market across all European offices (collaboratively with the team based in Paris and Bordeaux).
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the student experience and foster a sense of belonging.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF :

- English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you're extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you !
- You love challenges, enjoy closing candidates, and are enthusiastic about interacting with different managers and stakeholders
-.You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment and you can manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines (good organizational skills and attention to details required)
- You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- You have ideally a prior experience in Recruitment or Sales/Business development working in English
- You are enrolled in a university in France that can provide an internship agreement and you are looking for a 6-month internship starting from July or August 2025

RECRUITMENT PROCESS :

- Video-call Interview with Julien, Talent Acquisition Manager (30min)
- Technical Skilsl and Cultural fit interview with the Campus Team (45min)
