Context & Team :
Do you dream of diving into the world of Commercial Animation?
Reporting directly to one of our four E-commerce Project Managers, you will play a pivotal role in driving ManoMano's growth by activating our trade marketing campaigns across all markets.
What You'll Do :
Collaborating closely with various internal teams-Retail media, Sales, Studio, CRM- and directly in contact with our brands, you will learn how to build, activate, and measure the business impact of our trade marketing operations.
As anE-commerce Trade Marketing Assistant, you will BE at the heart of the action ! You will have the opportunity to :
- Lead Trade Marketing Operations Across All Countries : Take ownership of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring a perfect integration in the commercial animation calendar and a perfect execution
- Coordinate Briefs Effectively : Gather and analyze briefs and requirements from sales teams and brands regarding the promotion of brand messages across various channels (newsletters, affiliate marketing, display ads, SEA, and communications). Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure adherence to best practices and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and Execute Operational Plans : Oversee retro planning and manage the briefs for messaging and creative assets necessary for implementing onsite activations. You will BE accountable for the seamless execution of operations and will monitor performance throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure success.
- Foster Continuous Process Improvement : With growth comes new challenges and complexities. You will BE responsible for continuously improving processes to enhance collaboration among teams

What We're Looking For :
We are looking for a student following aMaster's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Digital Marketing or Communication, who is :
- Passionate about e-commerce : A keen interest in e-commerce and a strong aspiration to launch your career in a digital, e-commerce, and international setting. Previous experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Skills : Strong organizational and analytical skills (advanced G-sheet knowledge), attention to detail, a business-oriented mindset, and a data-driven approach.
- Languages : Fluent in both English and French (mandatory), with excellent verbal communication skills. A 3rd ManoMano language (Italian, Spanish, or German) is a plus.
