Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers website.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to TA Managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities.
- Event Organization : Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.
About you
- Currently enrolled in a degree program and looking for a six-month full time internship contract starting in July 2025.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable on telephone and video calls
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, comfortable in an international setting.
How to join the mission?
- First call with Annabelle, TA Assitant, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
- Interview with a Renée, TA Manager to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
- Final interview with Estelle, our VP People
- We will BE ready to welcome you in our Parisian office !
