Job description :
- Manage general HSEQ aspects of the project.
- Be the main point of contact for all HSEQ related issues, internally as well as with contractors.
- Develop and follow up the Project HSEQ Objectives and Programs.
- Define and manage Project HSEQ Management System in accordance with regulations and shareholder policies and standards.
- Carry out audits/inspections to assure legal requirements are being met.
- Participate in the management of HSEQ training and qualification.
- Collaborate in Risk Management process related to HSEQ.
- Define and review HSEQ part (HSE and Quality plan, Inspection and Test Plans...) of all contracts placed by the Project (TSA/SAA with WTG suppliers and other providers and the Convention with the French TSO, Logistics, Lifting, O&M...).
- Participate in the contractor management processes.
- Support engineering team for all HSEQ matters and in particular the organization and participation to HAZID and HAZOP, as well as others Risk Assessment processes.
- Organization and follow up of the tender for the CSPS (Coordonnateur Sécurité et Protection de la Santé - Safety and Health Protection Coordinator).
- Organization and follow-up of the tenders for the Inspections contracts that will be placed during construction and operation phases.
- Participate and support to Project team to write the PIM (Plan d'Intervention Maritime).
- Follow up the HSE statistics and monitor project HSE KPI's.
- Follow up and organize inspection matters during construction phases following the Inspection and Test Plans of the contractors.
- Help coordinating HSEQ budgeting and expenditure.
