CONTEXT & CHALLENGES
You will integrate the Running department of Decathlon which aims to develop and commercialize Running products worldwide.
In a global team of more 100 hundred passionate teammates (product manager, designer, product engineer, commercial teams, marketing...), you will contribute to a challenging and exciting project : make Decathlon recognized as a running specialist & elevate awareness & credibility of the in house Running Brand (KIPRUN).
You will BE reporting directly to the management controller of this perimeter.
MAIN MISSION
- Support and reliability improvement in OPEX management and monitoring
- Dashboards and planning tools (business plan, offer projection.)
- Competitive and industry (financial) analysis
- Ad hoc analyses (commercial performance, profitability analysis...).
Le profil recherché
PROFILE
- Academic background : Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Business School, University, or Engineering School with a finance/management focus).
- Seniority : Junior, at least one first experience of internship.
- Analytical mindset, good with numbers, detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheet).
- Organized, proactive, and a good communicator.
- Language skills : French & English.
- Sport lover & practising.
