Historic and flagship industrial site of Babybel®, Evron boasts a rich history. Launched in France in 1952, Babybel® breaks traditional cheese codes and the way IT's consumed thanks to its unique red wax. In 1977, Mini Babybel was introduced, delivering the unique taste of Babybel® in a miniature, individual version. Today, the Evron site produces over 27,000 tons of Babybel® and employs nearly 670 people.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Directly reporting to the Plant Director and a member of the Plant's Management Committee, you embody the Bel Group's culture daily.
- As such, you advise and support the site management, frontline managers, and employees in identifying and developing career paths.
- Develop a constructive social dialogue with social partners, particularly through the facilitation of employee representative institutions (CSE/CSSCT) and related commissions.
- Implement a GPEC policy consistent with the site's industrial challenges (recruitment management, temporary work management, knowledge transfer management).
- Oversee the training plan for the site's employees (determining needs, defining and monitoring the budget, supporting implementation).
- Ensure the implementation of a dynamic social policy (managing Group HR processes : performance appraisal campaigns, salary policy, etc.).
- Lead events related to communication objectives towards employees and maintain and strengthen their engagement.
- To support you in all these missions, manage a multidisciplinary team across all statuses (Executives, Middle Management, Employees) : HR Deputy, HR and Payroll Admin, HR and Plant Assistant, Training, Nurse, Reception.
- Ensure the proper application and compliance with social legislation and implement appropriate actions.
- Lead occupational health programs.
- Contribute to organizational transformation projects and actions of the France strategic HR plan.
- Support your Deputy in managing another industrial site located in Mayenne and are prepared to cover as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- With a higher education background, such as a Master's degree with an HR specialization, you have at least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Knowledge of the industrial sector is required, and experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Close to the field, you have excellent interpersonal skills. Your ability to challenge and engage stakeholders will enable your success in this position.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and solution/result-oriented. You possess strong organizational, meticulousness, and communication skills.
- Your enthusiasm and determination will BE assets to carry out your tasks.
- You bring innovative ideas and have a culture of change.
Conditions :
- Permanent full-time contract, executive status, based in Evron
- On-call duties and travel expected
