The Voyage

Join an American adults-only, 6-star cruise line-hosting 700 guests, five gourmet restaurants, and world-class service. As our new Confectioner, you'll craft chocolate masterpieces and pastries that delight passengers in every port of call.

What We Offer
- Contract & Compensation
- 5 months onboard + 2 months off (renewable on strong performance)
- USD 3,900 net/month (tax-free; paid only while onboard)

- Key Responsibilities
- Artisan Confections
- - Temper, mold, and plate chocolates, bonbons, and petit fours
- - Design à la carte desserts for restaurants, bars, and room service
- Team Leadership
- - Report to the Executive Pastry Chef
- - Mentor junior pastry staff in technique and presentation
- Standards & Safety
- - Maintain impeccable hygiene, organization, and equipment care
- - Adhere to corporate food-safety protocols in a high-volume kitchen

Candidate Profile
- Experience : 3 years in high-end restaurants or luxury cruise pastry kitchens (Michelin-star background a plus)
- Technical Mastery : Expert in chocolaterie-tempering, enrobing, sugar work-and modern pastry techniques
- Languages : Fluent English; additional languages valued
- Cruise Ready : Previous luxury cruise or premium hospitality experience preferred
- Availability : Able to embark June or July 2025 (earlier start welcomed)
- Mindset : Culturally sensitive, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences

Onboard Requirements

You'll need to obtain (guidance provided) :
- STCW Certificate
- C1D Visa
- Medical Certificate
- Seaman's Book

(Candidates cover initial costs-with full reimbursement on second contract.)
