Bouygues Construction's Purchasing department is developing a decentralised purchasing policy, organised as a network and coordinated on behalf of Bouygues Construction's activities.

As a Public Works Project Buyer for the Lyon, Aix-en-Provence and Prader-Losinger branches, you will
implement the Group's purchasing policy, combining economic performance, quality and CSR.
Reporting to a senior Civil Engineering Buyer, you will contribute to the development of expertise in products for
repair products :

Purchasing management
- Organising purchasing launch meetings for public works projects in the area.
- Coordinate purchasing activity in the region in conjunction with the purchasing manager, using the company's resources.

Sourcing, negotiating and contracting
- To consult, negotiate and recommend suppliers/subcontractors, taking into account the requirements of deadlines, quality and CSR.

Strategy, expertise and continuous improvement
- Develop expertise in products for repairing engineering structures (OA) and implement an appropriate
purchasing strategy.
- Contribute to the deployment of the public works subsidiary's purchasing strategy.
- Helping to improve purchasing and reporting tools.
- Participate in the digitalisation and modernisation of purchasing processes.

Profile required

Graduate of an engineering or business school with a specialisation in purchasing (MAI, DESMA or
equivalent).
You will have at least 3 years' experience and a good command of working English.

As a member of the purchasing team, you will play a key role in Bouygues Construction's environmental and social transition. You will BE responsible for making the following tasks part of your day-to-day work :
- Reducing the carbon footprint of purchasing and promoting the circular economy.
- Encourage local economic development by integrating VSEs, SMEs and social structures.
- Ensuring that suppliers respect human rights and ethics.
- Develop sustainable partnerships by assessing suppliers' CSR performance.
