As the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Global Marketing Lead, you will drive the global consumers marketing strategy and execution for our probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745.
This product is the leading probiotic worldwide, having been commercialized in 95 countries for over 70 years. Throughout this period, IT has gained significant expertise and recognition among healthcare professionals, becoming the gold standard in its category. However, due to market changes and increasing competition, there is a growing need to directly address and engage consumers.
You will BE responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that effectively engage consumers, drive brand awareness, and loyalty. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer marketing, consumer behavior, and the global OTC market.
Your missions
- Develop and Execute Global DtC Marketing Strategy : Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and growth for our OTC product across multiple regions.
- Market Analysis and Consumer Insights : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Consumer Marketing Leadership : Lead the development and execution of consumer global campaigns, including global TV spots, social media, brand website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Manage Communication Agencies : Oversee and coordinate with external communication agencies to develop and execute consumers campaigns. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives and evaluate agency performance.
- Brand Management : Ensure consumer strategy is consistent and aligned with the global brand strategy, and the brand's overall vision and values.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with lead countries, medical product development, regulatory, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting : Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Budget Management : Manage the global DTC marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
- Collaborate with HCP Global Marketing Lead : Work closely with the HCP Global Marketing Lead and his team responsible for the healthcare professionals (HCP) strategy to drive product prescriptions. Ensure alignment between DTC and HCP strategies to ensure consistency and maximize overall brand impact.
- Build and Manage a High-Performing Team : Recruit, develop, and lead a cohesive and effective marketing team. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve common goals and drive success.
- Lead Organizational Change : Accompany the organization and BE an active change agent in its transformation towards a consumer-oriented strategy, shifting from a healthcare professional-focused model to a dual approach targeting both physicians and consumers.
- Compliance : Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
- Global experience : Proven track record of managing global marketing campaigns and working in diverse international markets.
- DTC expertise : Extensive experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, particularly for OTC products.
- Digital marketing : Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and e-commerce.
- Regulatory knowledge : Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Language skills : Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
