Our team

The Amadeus Inventory team manages one of the most complex and critical systems in travel technology-ensuring data consistency and resilience for flight reservations worldwide. As part of this team, you'll join the mission to enhance and expand the booking resiliency system, ensuring inventory accuracy and seat management across all flights of an airline.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will help improve the resiliency of Amadeus' world-class airline booking system. You will explore how overbooking works, how to ensure a passenger has a seat, and how discrepancies in inventory are detected and corrected. You'll gain practical experience with large-scale systems used by airlines globally.

Key Strengths & Responsibilities
- Understand the structure and operation of the inventory and booking systems.
- Participate in the development of tools to detect and fix discrepancies.
- Contribute to enhancing system resiliency by improving code quality and modularity.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA engineers in a supportive and innovative team.

Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Licence 3 or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Developer-oriented profile.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Curious, organized, and innovative.
