Vision and objectives
The Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure the successful delivery of customer-centric projects. The objective is to lead by example, mentor team members, and drive technical excellence to meet project goals and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Your mission at Cenareo
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, ensuring they are empowered to make decisions and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the software development lifecycle, focusing on both product discovery and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements/priorities, and deeply understand customer needs and problems.
- Architect, design, and implement software solutions that meet project requirements, adhere to best practices, and align with the overall product strategy.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a learning and growth environment.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
Le profil recherché
Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years+ of experience in software development with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., GO, PHP, React).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- Strong problem-finding, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices, focusing on agile and lean principles.
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages and development frameworks (e.g. Django, Laravel, or equivalent).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management and design.
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Deep customer empathy and the ability to align technical decisions with customer needs and business goals.
