Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team and play a critical role in delivering strategic HR solutions that drive business success, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. In this position, you'll collaborate directly with ExCom members and senior leaders, supporting a wide range of people initiatives across the company. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and are skilled in coaching, talent management, and organizational development. You bring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a consultative mindset to your work.

What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Executive Committee members and senior leaders
- Align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, evaluations, development plans)
- Manage employee relations and respond to day-to-day HR matters
- Support talent acquisition and lead retention initiatives
- Advise managers on HR policy and employment law compliance (focus on French regulations)
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and track workforce metrics
- Champion employee engagement initiatives (e.g., Great Place to Work program)
- Support and coach leaders in change management and transformation efforts

What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in progressive HR roles, with at least 7 years as an HRBP
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law (especially in France), and compliance
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational design, and employee relations
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with HRIS tools (preferably SuccessFactors) and HR analytics
- Exceptional interpersonal, consulting, and coaching skills
- Strong project management and change management experience
- Ability to work in a highly international and dynamic environment

- Location : Issy-les-Moulineaux (Paris area)
- Working Conditions :

- Hybrid work model (office/home flexibility)
- Occasional travel to company sites
- Flexible working hours within business days
