We are looking for an efficient and proactive talent acquisition specialist to recruit talents in time, especially in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), by contributing to a positive image of our company (social networks, schools, job fairs...), developing our talent pool, driving the internal recruitment process and guaranteeing the best experience to external candidates.
Responsibilities
Pre-selection
- For new positions to BE opened, bring support to the hiring manager in writing the job description and convert IT into an attractive ad
- Conduct jobs analysis with the hiring managers to fully understand expectations, selection criteria, preparation of relevant and discerning interview questions
- Challenge criteria if necessary according to her/his knowledge of the tightness of the job market
- Widely post Renaissance Fusion's job openings on relevant platforms
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks
- Present the company at its best to each candidate and potential partner
Selection process
- Screen and select suitable candidates based on the requirements for each position
- When appropriate, design and deploy questionnaires and on-line tests with the support of the HR group leader and the hiring manager
- Present shortlists to hiring managers
- Maintain continuous contact with current candidates
- Conduct the internal interviews in English
- Assist in scheduling the technical interviews
- Lead the follow-up of the recruitment process and work closely to the hiring manager to ensure that the process runs smoothly
Post-selection
- Prepare the offer and the negotiation strategy in collaboration with HR/COO/CEO
- Communicate the job offer to the candidate and engage in discussion to reach an agreement when necessary
"Stand-by", "always on the look" activities
- Engage proactively with passive candidates, BE a company ambassador and develop talent pools, pipelines and networks ahead of requirements. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Support social media branding as IT relates to recruiting and contribute to the good reputation of Renaissance Fusion on the social networks
- Contribute to community building strategies and implementation
- Suggest and develop quality relationships with schools, universities and research institutes of interest
- Support internal and external communication aligned with our culture and values
- BE proactive in identifying process improvements and make sound recommendations for their implementation
Requirements

Education and professional experience
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree + equivalent experience in HR management or related field
- 5+ Experience in Talent acquisition in highly technical/scientific environments
OR
- PhD couples with a strong interest in hiring
Languages (mandatory)
- Fluent in English and French (C1, spoken and written)
Technical skills
- Mastery of headhunting skills
- ATS handling experience
- Knowledge of the job market and trends
- Mastery of social networks & job boards
Other requirements
- Willingness to travel to job fairs
