We are offering you the opportunity to join our French subsidiary in Paris for an internship as :

Brand Activation and Marketing Assistant - Stage (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support PR agency coordination : help manage day-to-day communication with our PR agency and partners
- Media and KOL list management : create, update and manage press and KOL lists
- Stock management : checking and controlling stock levels of samples
- Operational support during events : managing invitations and organizing logistics, coordinating service providers
- Compiling and monitoring performance reports on PR activities, brand activations and KOL engagement
- Researching and analyzing fashion, cultural and digital trends to inform brand strategies
- Ensuring logistical coordination for our pop-ups
- Ensuring compliance with our marketing guidelines on merchant sites and with our partners
- Develop sales presentations for our sales teams
- Provide logistical support to our sales staff during sales periods

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :
- Currently enrolled in a business school
- Fluent in French & English
- Proactive mindset
- Being comfortable with Pack Office
- Passionate about fashion and culture, with a strong interest in public relations and expert networks
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent coordination skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
