Join our Security team at Swan as a GRC Security Intern. In this role, you'll work with the GRC Security Officer to protect our IT environment. You'll BE part of a dynamic team that upholds high-security standards through innovative solutions and collaborative problem-solving.
Your mission
Your primary mission is to assist in the development and implementation of our GRC strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and minimizing operational risks.
Main tasks
- Assist in the assessment and analysis of compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of risk management plans.
- Participate in the creation and revision of company-wide best security practices.
- Support the team in conducting security audits and generating comprehensive reports.

We collaborate closely not only within our department but also with IT, Internal Control, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and united front against all security threats and compliance challenges.

You're a great match if :
- You possess a keen interest in Cybersecurity, especially in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- You have a basic understanding of cybersecurity governance and compliance, with knowledge of key standards/regulations like ISO 27001 and DORA.
- You are detail-oriented, with the capability to see the larger scope and how daily details impact overall compliance and risk management.
- You exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
- You are proactive about learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.
