Business Development : Identify and engage with strategic clients, negotiate, and build strong partnerships.

Recruitment & Sourcing : Understand client needs and find the best talent, using modern tools to identify and assess candidates.

What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience as a 360° Recruitment Consultant
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong results orientation and team spirit
