The Data Center Technician delivers technical support and operational interventions within a data center, acting as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for executing repairs, supporting installation and migration activities, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The technician ensures all work adheres to health and safety protocols while collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
