Digital Product Owner M H/F Hager

As Digital Product Owner (m/f/d), your mission is to maximize value for our target groups through digital channels, from product definition through delivery and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with markets, business stakeholders, development teams and transversal functions to shape the product vision, translate needs into features and ensure successful delivery and adoption.

As a Digital Product Owner (m/f/d), you will report to the Head of Digital Customer Experience in the Marketing & Sales department based in Obernai (67) or Paris (75) for a permanent contract.

What you will do?

• Product Strategy & Roadmap : Shape and articulate the vision for the dedicated scope, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Contribute to and support digital roadmap definition and management (annual planning, QBRs, portfolio governance).
• Business Requirements & Feature Design : Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders across segments. Lead solution framing (scope, planning, UX with lead designer) in collaboration with transversal teams to ensure feasibility and value delivery."
• Delivery & Backlog management: Coordinate and monitor delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implementation & Performance tracking: Oversee solution releases and implementation in collaboration with Market Enablement Spoecialist. Monitor business performance, define action plans, and ensure continuous improvement.

You combine a strong product mindset with business acumen and are comfortable navigating between strategic discussions and operational delivery.

Ideally, you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Product Ownership, Product Management or a comparable digital role, ideally in a global environment including local rollouts.
• Strong ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across business, UX, technology and markets.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and collaboration with development teams. Experience in project management using Agile methodologies is required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use business performance and user insights to guide decisions.
• A pragmatic, collaborative and value-driven approach, with the ability to balance business needs, user expectations and technical feasibility.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus. Technical background, e-procurement, e-commerce or quotation tools interest is beneficial.
