• Education and experience
  • Background in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology (higher professional education or university level)
  • Knowledge of and experience with C++
  • Experience with the development of applications based on SOLIDWORKS or other CAD systems is an advantage
  • Experience with agile software development. Knowledge of SCRUM
  • The ideal candidate is open to adopting AI-driven ways of working and has practical experience with Generative AI, preferably GitHub Copilot.

• Developers create and maintain custom SOLIDWORKS add-ins, user interfaces, workflow automation tools, and engineering utilities that simplify complex tasks for designers and toolmakers.
  
• The technical environment is centered around C++, MFC, COM technologies, and the SOLIDWORKS API, while also incorporating mathematical modeling, computational geometry, and performance optimization.
