Head Of Finance Cyber Products H/F Atos

The role is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, strengthening financial governance and ensuring alignment between operational execution and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partner with Cyber Products leadership to support growth, profitability and value creation initiatives.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes for the business line.
* Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount and cash performance.
* Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision making.
* Challenge business assumptions and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
* Ensure robust financial governance, compliance and internal controls.
* Drive finance transformation initiatives, reporting automation and performance management improvements.
* Coordinate monthly business reviews and communicate key financial risks and opportunities.
* Lead and develop the finance resources supporting the Cyber Products organization.
