About the role
1/ Sales Performance Analysis:- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data (Sell-In and Sell-Out) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks on product categories.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, discount, UP and sell-through.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize product mix.
- Continiously improve our monthly deck to offer each month a better vision of our collection performances.
- Collaborate with senior management to build reports, dashboard & presentations for the Executive Committee (COMEX).
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, on profitability, new product launches, new market entry, distribution efficiency, or digital transformation.
Profile
Education: Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in strategy, finance, analytics, or management.Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and business strategy frameworks is a plus.
- Curiosity, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Interest in Fashion & Textile products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Prior experience in business analysis, strategy consulting or finance, is a plus.
