France British American Tobacco France has an opportunity for a Marketing Deployment Intern in Paris, France

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Deployment Intern to join us and support the successful execution of marketing initiatives across retail and field operations. In this role, you will support the management of Brand Ambassador activities, monitor operational performance, support project deployment, and help transform data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with agency partners, gaining valuable experience in operational marketing, project management, reporting, and performance analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support Brand Ambassador management and operational excellence by coordinating field activities and agency partners to ensure effective execution and high operational standards.
• Monitor quality and compliance by ensuring adherence to company guidelines, procedures, and execution standards, while supporting improvement.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports to measure operational effectiveness, identify performance gaps, generate recommendations, and support business decision-making.
• Prepare internal presentations and reporting materials by consolidating key insights, performance results, and project updates for business reviews and meetings.
• Support marketing project deployment and cross-functional coordination by assisting with planning, tracking project progress, following up on action plans, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/Bac +5) in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large datasets, interpreting performance metrics, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including reporting, data analysis, and the creation of engaging presentations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities, with experience coordinating multiple priorities and collaborating effectively with diverse partners.
• Proactive and adaptable individual with advanced English proficiency (French is considered a plus).
