Senior Manager Treasury Fp&A & Risk Management H/F MVIP Consulting

When a business operates across multiple countries, knowing where cash will be needed next is critical. This role will give leadership a clearer view of liquidity, funding needs and financial risks, and help turn that analysis into decisions.

ROLE

You will lead treasury financial planning, liquidity forecasting and financial risk reporting across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building short- and long-term cash flow forecasts across business units;

- Analysing forecast variances and presenting liquidity scenarios to senior management;

- Developing reports on funding, debt, foreign exchange exposure and other financial risks;

- Coordinating intercompany funding, cash transfers and liquidity planning;

- Assessing FX and commodity exposures and supporting hedging activities in line with treasury policy;

- Working closely with regional Finance teams, Legal, Tax and banking partners.

PROFILE

You bring 7-10 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury FP&A or financial risk management within an international organisation.

You are confident in financial modelling and can explain what the numbers mean for the business. Experience with a Treasury Management System, ERP and financial planning tools would be valuable.

Fluent English is essential for working with international teams.

- Monaco-based role under a Monaco employment contract

- €100,000-€110,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience

- 15-20% discretionary bonus
