Comptable Senior Accountant - Fluent English H/F Manpower France

Manpower CABINET EXPERTS FINANCE PARIS recherche pour son client, un acteur du secteur des services informatiques, un Comptable Senior Accountant - Fluent English (H/F) ? Accounting & Treasury Management (6 entities):
o Post bank entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
o Manage vendor invoices via our digital processing tool, directing them
through approval workflows.
o Prepare payment runs, perform accounts payable and expense reports
reconciliation, and manage vendor follow-ups/relations.
o Perform payroll accounting entry integration.
o Manage multi-currency and/or multi-entity accounting and treasury
transactions, FX revaluations and realized/unrealized FX gain & loss
tracking.
o Manage intra-group journal entries.
o Ensure that 100% of accounting entries are assigned to cost centers, in
coordination with FP&A, including pre-posting validation and monthly
controls.
o Ensure daily maintenance of accounting ledgers in compliance with
company rules, accounting standards, quality, and deadlines.
? Asset Management, Tax & Group Reporting:
o Ensure the tracking and updating of fixed assets in general ledger
accounting and in the Fixed Asset Register.
o Prepare French tax declarations (DAS2, VAT, and other local taxes).
o Prepare monthly intra-group reconciliations. ? Experience & Technical Skills:
o Degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., BTS, DCG, DSCG, or
equivalent).
o 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role within an
international group or fast-paced environment.
o Excel/Google Sheet skills (data manipulation for reconciliations). AI is a
plus.
o Hands-on experience with NetSuite (familiarity with CSV imports,
FAM module, Saved Searches, and multi-currency/multi-entity setups)
is required.
