Sr. Advisory Solution Architect H/F Lenovo France

Join Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Solution Architect and help customers accelerate their Hybrid Cloud and AI transformation journeys. Reporting to the Director, EMEA Technology Consulting, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts to design commercially viable solutions that deliver real business value.

This is a senior, customer-facing role for an experienced Solution Architect who enjoys combining technical expertise, business insight, and consultative engagement to shape opportunities from discovery through solution design, proposal development, and executive presentations.

The role is flexible across France, with occasional travel to customer sites, partner locations, Lenovo offices, and the Paris office as business needs require. While primarily focused on the French market, you will also have opportunities to support projects across Iberia, Italy, and the wider EMEA region.

What you Will Do:

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business priorities, technical requirements, operational challenges, and Hybrid Cloud & AI transformation goals.
• Design end-to-end Hybrid Cloud and AI solutions by bringing together Lenovo technologies, partner offerings, and specialist expertise.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, supporting opportunity qualification, solution design, project scoping, and customer presentations.
• Create and contribute to customer proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other key deliverables.
• Facilitate customer workshops covering cloud and AI strategy, solution architecture, transformation roadmaps, migration planning, and implementation approaches.
• Develop commercially viable solutions by assessing scope, costs, risks, dependencies, assumptions, delivery requirements, and business impact.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams, customers, executives, delivery organizations, and business partners across France and the wider EMEA region.
• Provide architectural leadership for complex opportunities, engaging specialist teams and subject matter experts to address technical and commercial challenges.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in a senior presales Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technology Consultant, or comparable customer-facing position, with the ability to contribute effectively from the outset.
• Broad expertise across Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies, with experience in several of the following areas: Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, NVIDIA, Red Hat, NetApp or other enterprise storage platforms, databases, and data, storage, application, or platform migration.
• Demonstrated ability to architect complex services and infrastructure solutions, supported by a working understanding of areas such as disaster recovery, backup, virtual desktop infrastructure, Internet of Things, high-performance computing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Practical experience in a technology vendor, systems integrator, consultancy, managed services provider, or business-partner environment, including responses to RFIs and RFPs and the development of customer proposals.
• Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to balance customer outcomes, technical feasibility, delivery risk, and financial considerations across opportunities of varying size and complexity.
• Professional fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to technical, commercial, and executive audiences. French is essential for developing the target market, while English is required for Lenovo's international working environment.
• Strong consultative communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills, together with the judgment and initiative to manage complex engagements with limited supervision.
