Global D-Commerce Performance & Analytics Manager H/F Ecotone

We're hiring: Global D-Commerce Performance & Analytics Manager

This role puts you at the heart of a global D-Commerce team operating across multiple European markets. You will build the performance backbone of our D-Commerce organisation - the reporting, the benchmarks, the Digital Shelf tracking - and directly enable better decisions across markets. It's a role with real scope, global exposure and plenty of room to grow.

Location:France (Lyon region), UK (Camberly), Germany (Bremen), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Spain (Madrid) or Italy (Badia Polesine) - this role can be based in one of the countries where Ecotone has an office.

Reports to: Global Head of Digital Commerce

Responsibilities

• Own our performance reporting - maintain and develop global online sales dashboards, harmonise KPIs across markets and prepare the monthly and quarterly performance overviews our team relies on
• Track the digital shelf - monitor content quality, availability, ratings and rankings across priority retailers, spotting gaps and flagging opportunities before they become problems
• Bring the outside in - integrate external market data (Nielsen, Circana or equivalent) to track category trends, competitive dynamics and pricing benchmarks, turning raw data into insights our commercial teams can act on
• Support our Retail Media intelligence - help build the measurement framework behind our Retail Media investment, tracking ROAS, TACoS and incrementality across markets

What we're looking for:
We're looking for an analytical and curious profile with 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital performance or a similar data-focused role. You are comfortable building dashboards working with multiple data sources and translating numbers into clear recommendations. You don't need to tick every box - if you're strong on most of these and excited about the rest, we'd love to hear from you. A background in Retail Media or FMCG is a plus.
