Payroll Specialist M - 12-Month Assignment H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Your responsibilities :

- Manage payroll activities in compliance with Luxembourg legislation and internal procedures.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and support payroll controls and reconciliations.
- Handle payroll-related queries and provide support to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Support payroll corrections, adjustments and exceptional payments when required.
- Ensure compliance with tax and social security obligations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Your profile:
- You have previous experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg.
- You have a good knowledge of Luxembourg payroll legislation, taxation and social security.
- You are organized, detail-oriented and able to work with confidential information.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment.
- You are fluent in English. Any additional language is considered an asset.
