Basicnet - Senior Marketing Manager Sebago Woolrich & Sundek H/F BasicNet SpA

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activities for the Sebago, Woolrich, and Sundek brands across the French market. The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing activities that strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, support commercial objectives, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing roles within the fashion, lifestyle, premium, or sportswear industry.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, retail, and external agencies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the French market across all channels,

ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and business objectives.

• Build and manage seasonal marketing calendars, coordinating launches, campaigns, activations, and key commercial moments.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor investments, and evaluate the effectiveness of all activities.

• Coordinate communication activities across all consumer touchpoints, including advertising, PR, influencers, social media, e-commerce and retail.

• Oversee product and collection launches across all channels, ensuring consistency in timing, messaging, and execution.

• Coordinate trade marketing activities and activations with key wholesale partners. Support sell-in activities through dedicated marketing initiatives, presentations, and customer activations.

• Coordinate and supervise the local PR agency, ensuring strong media visibility and effective product placement activities.
• Define and manage media plans and advertising investments.
• Lead the activation and execution of local partnerships, special projects, and events.

This role offers a starting annual gross salary of €50,000. The final compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and seniority.
