Les missions du poste
The Design & Legal Assessment (DLA) is an activity within Group IS&T / Office CTO aimed at building an efficient and agile information system by implementing only new solutions (including renewals) that are:
- Platform agnostic
- Web & mobile (responsive design)
- Secure by design
- Able to expose data and functionality through a uniform interface
- Resource consumption optimized
- Green energy fed
- GDPR compliant
The DLA process drastically reduces Veolia IS obsolescence and contributes to developing a robust and scalable application landscape. This process is applied at the Group/Corp level and is being deployed globally within Veolia. As the scope of evaluation expands to include security, architecture, and legal aspects, the number of cases to be evaluated is continuously growing.
To support this process, a full web app called DLA as a Service has been developed, hosted in a GCP environment (AppEngine + Firebase for database) and developed with AngularJS for the frontend and Python for the backend.

What they need
Context
Veolia Group IS&T launched its public Cloud web strategy several years ago, based on two key principles:
- SaaS first solution: preferring SaaS solutions for common needs when they meet business/function expectations.
- Specific home development: applications are directly created for the Cloud using public Cloud partners' services.
