Are you ready to shape the future of retail investing in Europe? We are looking for a Retail Derivatives Product & Marketing Associate to join our Financial Derivatives team. You will play a central role in growing retail participation in listed derivatives across Euronext's eight European markets, combining product development, go-to-market strategy and investor education. The position will be based in Paris, Amsterdam is another possible location.
You will report to the Head of Financial Derivatives EQD & FI and work within a multidisciplinary team spanning product, business development and analytics across Euronext's European offices.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Coordinating and developing Euronext's pan-European retail derivatives education programme, including webinars, podcasts, workshops and digital content, and becoming an active external representative of Euronext's retail derivatives initiatives
Developing high-quality educational content, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance for retail investors, and maximising distribution through broker and partner channels
Building and executing local and pan-European go-to-market plans to support retail derivatives adoption, developing strong partnerships with retail brokers and identifying additional partners within the retail investment ecosystem
Measuring the effectiveness of educational and marketing initiatives using defined key performance indicators and using data and feedback to continuously improve the strategy
Contributing to the product roadmap for retail derivatives across equity and fixed income, analysing retail investor and broker needs, monitoring product performance and translating insights into product development opportunities
Conducting competitive and market structure analysis, benchmarking listed derivatives against competing retail products to support Euronext's product positioning and regulatory advocacy
Building strong relationships with retail brokers and ecosystem partners across European markets, in cooperation with the sales and marketing team
Your profile:
One to three years of experience in derivatives, trading, financial markets, brokerage, product marketing or a related field
Good understanding of listed markets and financial products, including futures and options, with curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in the broader retail investment landscape
Experience or strong interest in investor education, product development and market structure
Strong interest in B2B marketing, content production and campaign management
Fluent in English and at least one of the following: French, Dutch or Italian. Proficiency in several Euronext market languages is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex derivatives concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Proactive, creative and entrepreneurial, able to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders across several countries
Strong organisational and project management skills, results-oriented and pragmatic
Open-minded and adaptable, comfortable navigating diverse local investor cultures and educational ecosystems
