Administrative Assistant - Legal Support M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Legal Support for one of its institutional clients based in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.

Your missions:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support and work closely with assistants and lawyers throughout all stages of the project cycle
- Proofread, verify and format legal documents to ensure accuracy and quality
- Prepare, print and process signatures, and coordinate follow?up with operational directorates and external counterparts
- Prepare execution versions of finance contracts, guarantee agreements and contractual amendments
- Handle the notification and distribution of fully executed legal documents
- Ensure proper filing, organisation and archiving of legal documentation
Your profile:
- Secondary education complemented by a two?year certification in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least three years of experience in similar administrative or legal support roles; experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an asset
- Strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Acrobat and standard office equipment; familiarity with electronic document management systems is an advantage
- Excellent command of English and French; Spanish is considered an asset
This assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of one year.
