Les missions du poste
Reporting line
- Day-to-day management: Campus Director, Paris.
- Dotted line, overall role: Commercial Director.
Position in one paragraph
You own student recruitment for the Paris campus and drive the school's international reach. From first contact to enrollment, you attract and convert the students who will shape each new cohort - on the ground in France, and abroad through a network of international agents you build and steer. It is a fully commercial, field-facing role at the heart of the campus's growth.
Growth & student recruitment
- Build strong relationships with current students to turn them into ambassadors you can rely on - to organize and take part in events (fairs, open days, high school visits, etc.) and to act as strong referrals for prospects.
- Deploy the commercial strategy needed to reach recruitment targets.
- Identify and activate the right channels: student fairs, high schools, conferences, open days, immersion days, and other events to organize.
- Qualify leads generated by marketing, engage them, and convert them through to enrollment.
- Represent the school in the field and embody its values with prospective students, parents, and referral partners - especially during fairs and events hosted on or off campus.
International recruitment & agent network
- Build, structure, and animate a network of international recruitment agents who represent Albert School in their markets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard the right agents; set clear targets and equip them to sell the school effectively.
- Monitor agent performance and international enrollment, and adjust the network to grow reach in priority markets.
- Ensure every agent represents the school's brand, standards, and values accurately abroad.
Student support for apprenticeship
- Support students in securing their apprenticeship, in coordination with the team in charge of company relations.
Steering & performance
- Manage the human and budgetary resources allocated to this scope.
- Track key KPIs (conversion rate, international enrollment, satisfaction) and steer activity through the CRM.
Le profil recherché
- International profile: significant professional or academic experience abroad, and a genuine taste for international, multicultural environments.
- Graduate of a leading institution - a French grande école or a top international school (e.g. Bocconi) or equivalent.
- Truly bilingual French / English, written and spoken.
- Proven experience in human relations and business development, or corporate relations - ideally with exposure to international markets or partner/agent networks.
- You enjoy convincing, mobilizing, and hitting targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills: you build trust quickly, across cultures, and carry a conversation through to a decision.
- At ease with CRM, AI tools, and the Google suite.
- Organized and able to manage several commercial workflows in parallel.
- Eager to join a fast-growing school and contribute to training tomorrow's leaders.
