The Opportunity

Join CCEP as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to multiple Vice Presidents in a dynamic, collaborative and fast paced executive environment. This is a highly visible role where your organisation, judgement and ability to build trusted relationships will make a real impact.

As a trusted business partner, you'll help senior leaders manage competing priorities, stay focused on strategic activity and keep important business rhythms running smoothly. You'll work closely with leaders, teams and stakeholders across CCEP, using your initiative, discretion and attention to detail to help things move forward.

We are recruiting for two full-time positions based in our North Sydney office: one permanent role and one 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, executive priorities and support activities across multiple Vice Presidents.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership forums, town halls and business events.

  • Organise domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, briefing packs and meeting materials to support executive decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted point of coordination, managing requests and ensuring executive time is aligned to business priorities.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support effective communication across the business.

  • Coordinate leadership initiatives, off-sites, events and special projects.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and ways of working through technology and innovation.

About You

You are an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and creating structure in a dynamic environment. You are proactive, highly organised and comfortable managing competing priorities while building strong relationships across a complex stakeholder environment.

In addition, you will have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in a complex and fast-moving environment.

  • Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to exercise sound judgement.

  • The ability to work independently, adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure.

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled technologies will be highly regarded.
