Reporting to the Planning & Product Strategy governance organization, the Platform Module Planning Manager leads the platform module roadmaps, synchronized with the development plan for platforms, powertrains and EE_SW modules.
The role contributes to developing platform module standardization both within each platform and, for selected modules, across platforms.
This role is intended for a senior profile with strong cross-functional experience in product development, from concept phase through to industrialization, sound technical and functional knowledge of vehicle platforms, and solid command of planning processes.
MAIN MISSION
The Platform Module Planning Manager is responsible for defining, synchronizing and securing the platform module application plan in alignment with the platform, Powertrain and EE_SW roadmaps. The role aims to optimize technology deployment waves, reduce hardware and software configuration complexity, control development costs and limit execution risks for vehicle programs.

Engineering Technology roadmaps & Innovation Plan.
Purchasing, industrial, and cooperation policies
Develop and maintain a platform modules technology application plan on vehicle programs to developing platform module standardization both within each platform and, for selected modules, across platforms.
Define optimal deployment waves to reduce the number of configurations across platform modules, powertrains and electrical/software architectures. Identify planning gaps between highly interdependent systems, including chassis and platform adaptations, Powertrain systems, EE architectures, ADAS functions, infotainment and connectivity.
lead platform modules technical committees & sourcing strategy along with engineering and purchasing teams.
Prepare executive reporting materials covering progress status, risks, key issues and proposed decisions.
Capture lessons learned from planning cycles and define reference rules to build the overall vehicle x technology plan.
MAIN INTERFACES
The role works in close interaction with Product Strategy, Vehicle Programs, Platform Engineering, Powertrain, EE_SW, SDV, Finance, Purchasing, Industrial Planning teams and LRP governance bodies.
